Any Facebook group run by the Company shall be deemed part of the Company and are subject to all rules and restrictions set forth herein. Rymals LTD is not liable for nor does Rymals LTD endorse the information shared amongst community members in these Facebook groups. Rymals LTD is not responsible for and disclaims any liability for interactions between participants in these community groups. Company maintains the right to remove posts or access to community groups at any time, without warning, and without refund.
All Company’s digital products and services purchased on its websites such as CoachSadji.com and through other platforms such as teachable.com are subject to our refund policy.
MANDATORY ARBITRATION AND GOVERNING LAW
You expressly waive your right to bring any legal claims, now or in the future arising out of or related to the website and our products/services. In the event of any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of this website, the terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with the rules and regulations of the province of Ontario and Canada.
