Hi, I’m Dr. Sadji.

I completed my MD in 1999 but I have always leaned towards natural health. Over the years, I studied more about the human physiology from a holistic perspective and everything made sense to me.

I have helped many people take control of their own health and was privileged to witness recoveries from various chronic conditions such as allergies, asthma, diabetes, obesity and many more. My focus is on optimizing health instead of treating dis-ease symptoms. Fixing the root cause rather than the symptoms is a no brainer don’t you think?

On the other hand, I have been studying the physiology of human lactation and breastfeeding for the last few years – subject that is unfortunately not part of the medical curriculum – In other words, physicians do not study this subject in medical school or during residency. Therefore, there is a huge lack of proper support and education for breastfeeding mothers, which has translated into low breastfeeding rates.

Furthermore, women who wish to become pregnant do not receive the information they need to prepare for pregnancy. Yes, pregnancy takes preparation of the body to minimize the risk of complications for both the mother and the baby. It is not only about quitting smoking and alcohol, it is way broader than that.

I am therefore very passionate about providing this much needed support and education to future mothers, and as part of my professional career, I have delivered many seminars for mothers and healthcare professionals, about the science of human milk and lactation, as well as how to help mothers optimize their milk supply.
