Refund Policy


Personalized client agreements will be drawn up prior to individual or group coaching sessions.  However, if a cancellation or change of time needs to take place, please be aware it is your (the Client’s) responsibility to notify the Coach at least 24 hours (1 day) in advance of the scheduled call/meeting.

The Coach will attempt in good faith to reschedule the meeting.  The Coach reserves the right to bill the Client for a missed meeting.

If the Coach needs to reschedule a call/meeting, they will notify the Client with as much notice as is possible.

Additionally, either the Client or the Coach may terminate the Coaching Agreement at any time with 1 weeks written notice.  Client agrees to compensate the Coach for all coaching services rendered through and including the effective date of termination of the coaching relationship.


In the case of cancellation of a coaching package, a pro-rata refund will be issued on any unused coaching sessions. Used coaching sessions will be accounted for at the standard or agreed upon rate.

Digital products including downloadable material and online courses are all information products and therefore can’t be “returned”. Refund of such products or materials will be evaluated on a case by case basis and at the discretion of Rymals LTD.
